From the title, I’m sure the first person you maybe wouldn’t assume I mean is George from ASDA?!
if you still don’t know what I mean, you probably shouldn’t be reading a fashion blog…
For me, George is the winner of supermarket fashion! Having a trip round the supermarket and picking up a fashionable find, you couldn’t beat it! After all food and fashion are two of my favourite things…
At this years west coast cooler FASHIONWEEK the sneak peaks from George at ASDA had myself and many onlookers gasping in shock that some of these amazing pieces had came from a supermarket.
Fashion brand George is set to rock the runway at this year’s Belfast FASHIONWEEK with its latest Autumn Winter collection. George is available at Asda stores across Northern Ireland, and this season has created a dynamic collection which features key trends including colour-blocking and 70s glam.
Maggie Jardine, Senior Manager George Retail, North Division, said:
“This year our George Autumn Winter Collection does not disappoint – we’ve got pops of colour and a nod to Studio 54 with our shearling and seventies-inspired garments, plus lots of winter woollies for those looking to wrap up! We’re delighted to team up with Belfast FASHIONWEEK once again, and showcase our looks at the High Street Heaven evening on Friday 27th October in Saint Anne’s Cathedral.”
Cathy Martin, organiser of West Coast Cooler FASHIONWEEK, said,
“George is a real friend of FASHIONWEEK, and we’re thrilled to include them in our line-up for High Street Heaven, which is one of our most popular nights, and is always a sell-out. As the UK and Ireland’s first consumer fashion week, we love showing our guests the latest looks. We’re looking forward to another show-stopping, stylish season with George!”
