Dark choc & peanut butter mini muffin bites 🍌

Ahhhh the good old Facebook likes to do many things to our lives; make us laugh, make us cross, make us want to poke our eyeballs out but he odd time we come across some useful info.

Today is one of those days.

I found this quick little reciepe for these mini muffins I tried today 😍

Took literally 15 mins & they are so tasty and guilt free.

Check them out…

Add all ingredients to a blender

  1. 1 peeled banana
  2. 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  3. Pinch of salt
  4. 3 tbsp of honey
  5. 1/2 cup of peanut butter (I just guessed)
  6. 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  7. 1 egg

Once ingredients are all mixed up add some cut up chocolate or chocolate chips if you have them; I used Tesco 85% dark choc to keep it as clean as possible.

Grease a mini muffin tin and seperate the mixture into each section.

Note this is a tad messy as is everything I try and do 🙊

Pop in the oven for no longer than 10 mins and viola 😍😍 simple tasty treats!!

They taste better than they look…

Speak soon,

Lotsa love

Peanut butter banana cups 🍌🍮

okay so I have found little drops of heaven in the form of these chocolate peanut butter banana cups….

I found the recipe on a healthy eating account on Instagram, which is obviously American with the “cup” measurements sooooo basically I just estimated myself

Whatcha need….

– 1 bar of TESCO 85% dark chocolate

1 banana chopped up ( I got 12 pieces from mine)

– peanut butter ( coconut oil is on the original recipe to mix with the peanut butter but the one I used already has a natural oil base)

– bun cases

Whatcha do…

– melt chocolate in a bowl

– place a teaspoon of chocolate in each bun case

– pop a slice of banana on too

– add a teaspoon of peanut butter

– place another half a teaspoon of the choc on top & stick in the freezer for around an hour

Annnnnd enjoy…. 😍

Give this a try takes so little & time and so little ingredients!

Don’t blame me if you eat all in one go 🙊

Lotsa love,
