BAE cups πŸ₯“πŸ³


This quick little breakfast dish is unreal.
All you need is my two favourite things, bacon & eggs!

  • Preheat your oven
  • Use a muffin tray and oil up 3 sections or however many you’re making
  • Place your bacon in first
  • Crack an egg into each 
  • Season with salt & pepper
  • Pop into oven for 15-20 mins 




I popped some cherry tomatoes in the grill for 5 mins and had them alongside these tasty little treats.

Gals gourmet chicken πŸ—

To be honest there’s nothing overly “gourmet” or original about this, but the title sounds good and really that’s the main thing.

I haven’t had an awful amount of time to be thinking of new food recipes recently so apologies; I thought this one was tasty and easy to do so why not share! 

What you need


  • Chicken fillets (however many you desire)
  • Mozzarella
  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Peppers
  • Chorizo
  • Tomatoes

This is one of them dishes you can add or subtract any of the above to your taste!

What to do

Slice a little pocket into each chicken fillet & fill with the mozzarella! I just used all of the cheese amongst my 3 fillets mainly because it doesn’t keep great.

I then placed a cocktail stick through the chicken breast and chopped up all my ingredients and placed on top of each. I seasoned with salt, pepper & a sprinkle of garlic.


I cooked in a dish with tinfoil wrapped over the top for 20-30 mins, just checking on them throughout. 

I served mine with these little homemade chips. Baby potatoes cut into wedges and cooked in the actifry with coconut oil, salt and pepper.

And there you have it; Monday night dinner complete!
