I was stuck for ideas for lunch today so naturally I reach for the lean in 15 book.
Joe Wicks is my mate.
So there was a pizza tortilla recipe in it which looked like a bit of me. I adapted it with what I had.
I had little mini tortilla wraps so this was perfect size for lunchtime. You could definitely use bigger wraps for dinner or for sharing!
Okay so on my wrap I had…
- Tomato purée
- A little cheese
- An egg
Preheat your oven. I popped the purée on the wrap and added all the above ingredients.
Make a little cove in the middle of your wrap and crack an egg into it.
Stick in the over for about 10-12 mins.
And you’re ready for a quick tasty and clean lunch! I was super happy with this I’ll deffo be having it again!

Weeks… Months really.
Does anyone else get these?
When I do I just wanna change my whole life like right that second, my attitude towards things, my hobbies, my job. Everything basically.

So in hindsight I think this will be the last week of workoutwednesdays I like to keep the blog as fresh as possible so next week I will hopefully have came up with some fab new idea for you….
