Dark choc & peanut butter mini muffin bites πŸŒ

Ahhhh the good old Facebook likes to do many things to our lives; make us laugh, make us cross, make us want to poke our eyeballs out but he odd time we come across some useful info.

Today is one of those days.

I found this quick little reciepe for these mini muffins I tried today 😍

Took literally 15 mins & they are so tasty and guilt free.

Check them out…

Add all ingredients to a blender

  1. 1 peeled banana
  2. 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  3. Pinch of salt
  4. 3 tbsp of honey
  5. 1/2 cup of peanut butter (I just guessed)
  6. 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  7. 1 egg

Once ingredients are all mixed up add some cut up chocolate or chocolate chips if you have them; I used Tesco 85% dark choc to keep it as clean as possible.

Grease a mini muffin tin and seperate the mixture into each section.

Note this is a tad messy as is everything I try and do πŸ™Š

Pop in the oven for no longer than 10 mins and viola 😍😍 simple tasty treats!!

They taste better than they look…

Promise.

Speak soon,

Lotsa love
