Happy pancake day everyone!! Hope everyone will be flipping some sort of concoction in a pan today, it is the rule after all! seeing it is shrove Tuesday I have made a little addition to my previous post paelo pancakes…. CHOCOLATE! 😍
recipe
- 3 eggs (add more for more people)
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
- A dash of ground cinnamon
- A drop of vanilla extract
just blend altogether for a minute or so ( or whisk up) coat the pan in a little coconut oil and pour mixture in! I melted a lil peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, poured over the top with some honey and topped with a few blueberries and a little more banana! Now this probably isn’t the best breakfast in the world but it’s quick and tasty and who cares it’s Pancake Tuesday you’re allowed as many pancakes as your heart desires 🙊
